For any questions concerning your purchase please contact us at marketing@advisorsacademy. Items purchased at “Advisors Select” are entitled to our satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason within the first 12 months, you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund of your purchased price – provided you have tried the product and implemented the concept but found the experience lacking. If you have purchased our products but failed to implement, then our guarantee is null and void. So keep your metrics up to date.

In order to receive a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling charges), please make sure to follow the directions below:

First of all, you must have purchased the item from our store – Advisors Select.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO OUR OFFICES UNLESS SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED TO DO SO. Also, please do not return your products to the shipping address that your product was originally shipped from – we use many different vendors for fulfillment and they are not responsible for items returned to them directly, and doing so may impact your refund request.

IF YOUR PRODUCT WAS NOT DIGITALLY DELIVERED THEN the returned package must include ALL PARTS of the ordered product, including but not limited to, all forms and bonus materials and original packaging if applicable.

To receive a return authorization:

Send an email to marketing@advisorsacademy.com to request a return shipping address where you are to ship back your returned item(s), AGAIN, THIS ONLY APPLIES if they were not digitally delivered. Please provide as much detail as possible regarding your original order (purchase confirmation number).

Please return all products in like-new condition with original packaging if applicable. Once we receive your complete returned package, we will process your refund for the purchase price and less shipping and handling charges.

Failure to comply with the above procedures may result in a restocking fee of 10% of the product purchase price.

Excluded items from our No Hassle Return Policy

From time to time we provide our store visitors with access to certain products and services that are provided in conjunction with and through outside sources. These products are referred to as: Product Launch Products and Mentoring Products. These items fall under different Guarantee Programs.

Product Launch Products that are sold for a defined period of time are not sold continually through our ONLINE store. We refer to those products as Product Launches. These products fall under a 30 day money back guarantee. All other digitally delivered products also come under the 30 day money back guarantee. Finally, any and all Mentoring Programs or Major Programs such as National PR and Radio, Lead Generation Systems and our Authorship Program require a commitment of 120 days or more, along with a retainer fee to get those projects started. If an Advisor quits or reverses his decision to be a participant in the program prior to that 120 day commitment, there is no refund. After 120 days, they will be eligible for a 50% refund as those programs are labor intensive and have sunk costs/hard costs associated with that Advisor that cannot be waived or moved to a new Advisor.
